My amish friend trying to thin out his herd for the winter
$300 per cattle
Average weight
Average age
100% grass feed
No antibiotics
Lean and not alot of fat
Good for pho
Also got lots of chicken and egg

Ok, no chicken yet and that's a great deal on a cow. Do you normally have a "go to" person for your chickens and cow?
Yes will be a long drive for me and Amish do not have phone so no way to contact before going.

Rock, you need to invest in a dry aging fridge, bro. It’s worth it when you butcher so much. You can have tender aged beef instead of defrosted hard beef.
