A black man, 23 yrs old, casually loaded his gun and shot a white homeless man in the head, in broad daylight... Welcome to Democrat control city of St. Louis.

He will get 3 square meals a day plus healthcare for the rest of his life. That’s better than any homeless situation except the incarceration.

Nah, that's too easy. I think if "POS" get punished like their victims, violent crimes will decrease by a bunch..
Therefore, in this case, the proper punishment should be:
Blindfold the "POS" and shoot him at a moments notice or when he least expect it...like how he did to his victim.
