What makes it asinine is that the manager told him not to make other uncomfortable by staring at them...
Now, I can't verified that this is 100% true... but with the ways innocent men are being shamed on TikTok by these crazies and our education system, I tend to believe that this is true until the girl or manager comes out denying it.
