Title: Brandon's Interior Secretary... admit the quiet part
Post by: Hung_Low on April 05, 2023, 12:20:37 PM
During a budget hearing Interior Secretary admitted that the Dems' climate change agenda strengthen China...

Brandon's Admin banned mining in 225,000 acres of Minnesota’s Iron Range and locked up development of taconite, copper, nickel, cobalt, platinum-group elements, and more. (cobalt is used in battery for the auto industry - you know, those EV that the Left keep pushing for everyone to buy).

Just a month before that, Brandon and his Admin. signed an agreement to fund mining projects in Chinese-owned mines in the Congo, where over 40,000 children work as slaves in forced labor and inhumane conditions with no environmental protections. I guess since the Congolese don't cry Climate Change loud enough it's ok to destroy their environment.
Don't believe me in the forced labor and slavery in these mines? You can just go to NPR (a left leaning media) and they'll tell you all about how bad it is.

So, who benefit... China. Now, the US will be dependent on China to make it's EV batteries.

Made in China has been the mantra for the past 35-40 years. Why is this new to you?
