On April 25th, 87% (2.7 billions) of all Coca Cola share holders voted down a proposal by As You Sow (a nonprofit org. that seek to influence big corp to enact policies that will impact 'positive' social changes) to study the affect of "strict abortion" laws in some states have on their female employees or negatively affecting business of Coca Cola. The proposal also made direct ref to Georgia (where coke HQ is) abortion laws... As You Sow suggested that these strict abortion laws could negatively affect Coca Cola's female employees and put share holders at risk of losing their investments.
In a sense, As You Sow was trying to get Coca Cola to get it's might to potentially oppose and divest from states that have strict abortion laws similar to Georgia (hence they ref. Georgia) - Georgia abortion laws forbid abortion after fetal heartbeat is detected.
Also voted down was another proposal to audit Coca Cola's impact on "non-white" share holders.

Bro... just google it. We are talking about controlling shares...
On April 25, nearly 2.7 billion votes (87 percent) were cast against the proposed report, and just over 400 million (13 percent) were in favor. Around 70 million votes were abstained.
Each share corresponds to a single vote, so shareholders with more shares in the company have more votes and yield greater power. - DailyMail
