Racist action and he got what he deserved.
Axe-wielding man try to lit people on fire and attacked them with a hatchet... receive no jail time with a plea deal to go get 'diversity' training...

The difference in these crimes?
The first case; perp was a white man and the victims were black, no one was hurt
The second case; the perp was a black man and the victims were Asian, people had their hair burnt and could have been worst with the WD40 that he sprayed on them before lighting them up.
