Nake woman randomly shoot at vehicle on CA highway...

This incident is not much in the news because a black woman with a gun shooting at people was not shot to death by cops... does not fit the narrative of "If she had been white, she would not have been shot" bs.

I wonder if this is the same nake woman that spread cake, donuts all over her body in a store.

She's just mental or she's into drugs. There are people like that among the homeless community.
