Set aside a one time $700/family for the people that are displaced by the fire in Hawaii - that'll get them a month of food.... while giving $billions to Ukraine.
Now, Oprah (a Billionaire - $2.5bilions) and the Rock (multi-millionaire - $800millions) set up a go fund me page to get donation to for these suffering people. Hmmm... how about Oprah and the Rock donate a few hundred $millions to these people?
