I honestly don't know how to make pepper..lols so i'll just throw in some soy sauce, pepper, smash them a little with the spoon.don't even use the mortar..lols and a few dab of lime/lemon juice. or vinegar if I can find it..haha I'll have to look for my bottle of fish sauce again, I know I have one somewhere in the fridge and take a good taste to get a better idea how I can use it to compliment the flavor of other dishes..haha

I kept seeing sexy Laotian and Hmong vendors keep using fish sauce for papaya salad at the events. :D
I say U.S. and Thailand. These two are the only countries that have Asian people using it a lot.
I gotta say I got a good view at the Thai lady aka Yasmi look-alike while she making papaya salad. ;D

I honestly don’t know any dipping sauce that Lao/Thai people use that will require soy sauce.
When it comes to making spicy dipping sauce, you cannot be lazy and take shortcuts. Got to be done properly.
Plenty of YouTube videos out there to help out.

I wonder if she handle sausages too O0
She's smart - she knows that sex sell.
Honestly, how many of you men would not go to get food from her, even knowing that the food taste bad.
Honestly, I thought it would be Thai or Lao too but it's the Viets that are using it more than any other race...
I used to use it for pepper but I don't anymore. Majority of my meat pepper sauce, I use sweet soy, dark soy, lemon juice, ginger oil, shallot oil and crushed dry pepper. When I used fresh red pepper as a sauce, I'll use fish sauce (shrimp).

Her appearance may be a bonus for me. Maybe it's a hot day over there at the time of day. Which is why she has to wear nothing but silk.
If she makes it bad the customers will be pissed.

I hardly see vloggers make video in Laos and Vietnam. Communists despise Westerns. Mostly Europeans and Americans love to come to Thailand for vacation and experience.

sticky rice with chopped lemon grass roots and pepper...man it was good first time trying it..but eventually as I got older my stomach just didn't get along with lemon grass anymore..it gets along with dairy products a lot better than with lemon grass...lols

Yes, some brand are really stinky... hence I hardly used them at all - not even on Pho.
