Contagious bacteria infection called Shigella spreading in Portland. If you're visiting Portland, avoid contact with people there, especially those that have been exposed to Old Town Portland.

Probably due to having feces all over the place, lack of sanitation, etc etc
I once visited that place in the late 2000s, was a beautiful place and even thought about moving there. So, so glad I never jumped on it.

portland, oregan use to be it. the white folks there have staring issues when they see Asians, but its more like a curiousity vibe and not racist vibe..lols a lot of Viets and Chinese there were different. They were well manner and spoke soft..haha then I don't know what happened, but relatives tell me ghetto cali folks moved up in the mid 00's and ruined it all...haha

Still remember those days back in the early 80s where many of us Hmong would travel to Portland, OR from CA to work on those strawberry fields...
