I prefer conservative judges. More fair and more common sense. The conservative judges on the Supreme Court are constitutional ists, and that's a good thing. The liberal ones will go for whatever trend the liberal party comes up with.

the judges get appointed in by the sitting president
unlike some your local judges and state judges
which the people vote
these supreme court judges never got voted in
