i have major diarrhea for 2 days

Bro.. who told you to eat raw inners of cow? The inners have to be cooked and then mixed in with the raw meat for laab.
That picture is a cooked prime rib/roast... and that's the perfect way to eat it - not dried out and looking like charcoal.
