Whatcha talking about? Every Hmong in every state have anger issues. Chai Vang lives in Wisconsin and his issue is anger mismanagement that killed nine rednecks. Hmong teens killed other teens in South Carolina around Y2K. Hmong fights and murdered occurred in Minnesota since the 70s.
I ain't Californian. I came to this state since 1990. My home state was Minnesota. My family and relatives arrive Minnesota ever since the 80s. We were the 2nd waves of immigrants flew by planes.
The first waves of Hmong came to U.S. before us. Some of them settled in Minnesota and some were in California.

For once, Rock is right about Chai Vang... He lives in MN and was hunting in Wisconsin. Wisconsin has some of the most racist Whites around and they voted Leftie/Demmie. I had two racial incidents just visiting that state but none when I was in the 'deep' South for 8 years. Yes, I was in a small redneck town... small, I mean... less than 50K.
