Is drinking and partying a traditional part of the hmong culture?

It's a tradition for all cultures... Name a culture, race or ethnic group that don't party without some kind of drink (alcoholic). I've only seen some Hmong Christians that holds party either at church or at their house that don't have alcoholic drinks - same with funeral and wedding.

I've seen some Hmong church-goers do hold both traditions, Shaman and Christian (ingenuine + wannabe  ;D). They do party and drink alcohol during wedding. Mormons, Lutherans, and  Hmong Alliance.

Well said and I agree. I have witnessed on multiple occasions with no alcohol with church goers.
