Title: PH AVATAR: you have to make sure its in JPG format and right size

1. make sure its the correct size. can’t be too big.

2. make sure its in JPG format

3. upload it to the internet. i use IMGUR

 O0 O0 O0

than there a PH GLITCH…  that won’t let you upload

<<<only GED no college degree can figure it out

its really not a glitch that preventing you from uploading to PH

there is a PH Glitch …
