She called me because once you work around cars enough times, others just assume that you can help solve car problems....
Anyways, she accidently locked the key in the trunk. She thought, it's no big deal, I'll just pop the trunk open. But NOOOO, some of the newer cars don't have that trunk release button and/or lever anymore.
I suggested folding the rear seat down to see if she can access the trunk that way. She tried but the release for the rear seat is under the rear dash in the trunk area. So I walked her through this hack and it worked:

Guess in a way, she was right as I was able to help her. O0
