First of all, you CAN'T "take off the metal grill", it can only be lifted higher but NOT SURPRISED that "don't know anything" idiot "don't know" ;D.
take off the metal grill when you light the coal
don't want carbon building up on your stainless
And second of all, it's not "stainless"...
