Title: When they tell you “anyone who currently needs Medicaid won’t lose it”

What they mean is this:

1. They get to determine who needs it and then remove the rest.
2. Anyone who doesn’t “currently” get Medicaid will no longer qualify to get it even if they find themselves in need.
