Title: Hmong lady is doing it right.

You see Whites and Blacks standing on streets begging for
money. But today I saw this Hmong lady standing by this
northern California street handing out fruit drinks and tapiocas
to drivers-by.

She was probably selling. But that's not homeless stuff.

its common to see them sell fruits on the sidewalk or parking lot
don’t know if its legal

but i bought some potatoes

and it was freaking delicious
