Title: the real problem with DC HOMELESS SHELTER and SHELTER in general

believe it or not
your boy rock actually have a kind heart

i volunteer and do what i can
the problem is
a lot of these shelters closes after morning
and reopen in the evening

 :D :D :D

like people just need a place to stay ALL DAY AND NIGHT
not temporarily

not kick them out when the sun comes out

It's called a 'shelter' not a temporary 'home'...

ITS BEEN TOO LONG ON THESE HOMELESS SITUATIONS

GET THEM CLEAN and BACK TO SOCIETY
