Why are flags at half-staff? Trump orders flags lowered after this mass shooting
President Trump orders U.S. flag be flown at half-staff through Aug. 31. The proclamation was issued after 2 children were killed and at least 17 injured in a shooting at Annunciation Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The proclamation was issued as a "mark of respect" for the victims.
