Following her historic gold medal win at the 2026 Winter Olympics, U.S. figure skater Alysa Liu named Olympic gymnast Suni Lee as her "Olympic crush". In a video with Self magazine, Liu, 20, praised Lee, calling her "so pretty and very stylized". The admiration was mutual, as Lee later responded to a post by Liu with a supportive comment
