Officials in the Northern California city of Oakland are reviving an unconventional pilot program to ward off sex workers on a prominent boulevard well known for being a prostitution hotspot. The initiative would install temporary barricades along side streets that branch from International Boulevard, a zone known as "The Blade." City councilmember Charlene Wang said the water-filled barriers will dissuade sex workers and Johns from making transactions on the avenue, which is located near a health clinic and elementary school.

Like I've said, I was just passing by to use B of A's ATM but those girls had no problems approaching me and solicitating their services...I just simply said, no thank you, have a good night and all good...

Now I know where to find them. These ladies are better and more genuine than the ladyboys in Thailand.  ;D
