Title: HARD FISHING: not as many fishes as they used to be

too many fishermen
not enough fishes

maybe catching them by the cooler is not a good idea
it is unsustainable

going end up like north dakota where nobody catches fishes
unless you limit a 25 per person

gives fishes time to spawn and grow
