Actor reveals why he’s publicly sharing breast cancer diagnosis
"X-Men" actor Tyler Mane has revealed that he has been diagnosed with breast cancer.
Mane, best known for playing Sabretooth in "X-Men" as well as in "Deadpool & Wolverine," shared his diagnosis Tuesday in a video on social media.
"I have some bad news. I start chemotherapy today," Mane said, adding in the video's caption that he was diagnosed with breast cancer, calling it "super rare."

He ain't the only Marvel Universe movie star with cancer.
Chadwick Boseman was the acclaimed Black actor who played the iconic role of T'Challa / Black Panther in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
He made his debut in Captain America: Civil War (2016) before headlining the highly successful standalone Black Panther (2018) film. Tragically, Boseman passed away from cancer in 2020.
Following his passing, other actors took on the mantle of the Black Panther in subsequent Marvel films to continue the character's legacy in Wakanda
