From Mexico so quickly. Someone search him up and this beaner has a name, Ulises Bernal Miramontes, President of the College of Surveying Geomatics Engineers of the State of Jalisco in Mexico.
South Korean influencer Yoon Su-jin shared a video condemning a r*acist incident that occurred on June 12, 2026, at Estadio Guadalajara during the FIFA World Cup. The footage shows a Mexican fan sitting behind her making a r*cist gesture, often directed at Asians. After the video went viral, social media users identified the man.

Mexican here. Sorry to the Asian community. This pissed me off. I’m sure many Mexicans felt the same.

If you hold a public role like that, you should know better than to act like that in public, and if you don’t, you shouldn’t be in that position

Fawk around and find out. Most Mexicans said they don't claim him and don't condone his action. World Cup suppose to remove prejudice and discrimination . PERIOD!!

For y'all information.
FIFA enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward racism at the World Cup and implements strict, proactive anti-racism protocols. Rather than accepting racism, the tournament actively penalizes it through the following match regulations and enforcement procedures:
The "No Racism" Gesture
If a player experiences or witnesses racial abuse, they can cross their arms at the wrists to form a universal "X" gesture. This signal immediately alerts the referee to initiate FIFA's multi-step anti-discrimination procedure.
