The reason is because these companies know that you're not going to stay long in that position. As soon as you find a job related to your field of study, you'll leave.

I had that happened to me once... I was told by a HR of a company that I was over-qualified for the position because of my degree. I just didn't understand at the time but now I know why. Majority of businesses are not willing to spend the time and resources to train someone to just have them leave within a few months or in a year.

This 'stolen land' BS is getting out of hand - most people are just doing it for virtual signal (hey, look at me... I'm superior, I cared)... Every piece of land on earth is stolen, taken over, etc etc by different people at different time. No human being just pop out of the ground on a certain land and are true native of that land. Native American stole land from each others and the same thing happened in Europe, Asia, Africa, etc. etc.

And if you truly believed and feel that the land you're on is stolen, F*k... give the land back to the people you believe it is stolen from. And they can give it to the people that their ancestors stole it from and so on and so on. Why talk a big talk but won't lift a finger to do anything about it? I see the same BS by Ben&Jerry... claiming America is built on stolen land but when the Native Tribe that Ben&Jerry's corporate office is built on, asking them to returned it... B&J went dark, silent, not a thing mentioned. It's like, they disappeared into thin air...

According to Rep. Maxine Dexter (yep, another Maxine), a Democrat from Oregon, serving white (whole) milk is White Supremacy...

"Please ask for the science-based regimens. Not whatever RFK Jr is getting kickbacks on or, you know, whatever whole milk, white supremacy dog-whistling that’s happening right now. I’m getting a little too political." She continued, "Let me be clear: the big ugly betrayal bill will hurt people … This is not fiscal responsibility, it’s a smash and grab robbery of our healthcare system to give billionaires tax breaks." WTF!!! How is serving whole milk hurt people or robbery of our healthcare system?

Dexter's remarks followed President Donald Trump’s signing of the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act of 2025, a legislation that restores schools' ability to offer whole and two percent milk under the federally regulated National School Lunch Program. The updated law, schools are permitted, not required, to serve whole milk. Moreover, districts may continue offering low-fat, fat-free, or lactose-free milk as per student needs and local discretion. Apparently, this pissed the Dems off because now students have a choice for whole milk instead of just far-free/low-fat/lactose-free milk.

People are always in a rush to share bad experiences at a store...but those same people would probably not share their good experiences at a store. 

It's the nature of it.

Cuz no one would ever say that they're a terrible customer and they make all the employees feel like they're two steps in hell and wasted everyone's time...

That's true... But there are times that you need to let them know about there services or tactics.

There was only one time that I put in a negative review for a auto dealership, they were running a bait&switch on me. I called a dealership about a vehicle that they had posted on their website (3 hours away). I was told that it's still in their lot so I drove there. But when I got there, I was then told by saleman that the vehicle had been sold 2 weeks ago (the person I was talking to on the phone just happened to be at lunch) . However, they also happened to have 2 similar vehicles to the one I was seeking,  2 yrs newer and $8G higher... I was pissed!!!  Got home, went and left them a bad review and warning others of their bait&switch tactics.

I experience this once at a previous job. It was not me but a co-worker from the Philippine. He had a dish that he once brought in with fermented crab paste (kabpib). Everyone in the lunch room was complaining that it smell bad. I understood their feeling because it does reeks and not a lot of American are used to that smell. It's just like limburger cheese that many Wisconsinites enjoyed...

Why are these Blacks not blaming the mother and her friend who brought a baby to rob Walmart? Why did they try to run over the cops?

I get it... the cops should not have shot into a car without knowing what's inside. That was their fault... However, the mother of this child didn't do him any service by driving him to a robbery.

I want to know why BLM and all these Blacks going to protests when they don't give a rat's @ss about other innocent Blacks (babies, teens, men, women) being murdered daily in Black neighborhood by other Blacks? Are their lives not matter because they weren't kill by other race?

Well... I don't really know what happened in those wood. It's his version against theirs... But I actually lean more toward his story because I know lots of Wisconsinites are very racist. I've been to Wausau a few times in the past and two times, I've encounter racist Whites. But I've also encounter racist Blacks in Michigan and other Asian in CA/NY too.

Asian ain't safe in SC... Blacks are going after them because an Asian got off of murder charge against a "smart, energetic, peaceful young boy". He just happened to be carrying a loaded gun, empty backpack with no cash visiting that store plus he had posted multiple pics of himself proudly showing off his loaded gun in social media.

White ain't safe in TX... Blacks are going after them for the 'guilty' verdict of their beloved teen knifing a White kid to death. He was unfairly charged and it was in self-defense because the White teen shoved him.
