My 2016 new car engine doesn't even look this clean.

For some people, it's normal.  They might grow up in a household where everyone screams at everyone.  The father and the mother yelled at each other everyday and the siblings are always angry at each other.   It's only when one person who has a very calm family background will find themselves running when meeting someone from an angry family.

I wonder how she will react if you drop her iphone in the toilet.  If she blows up and curse at you, it's time to go.

Reduce or eliminate meat consumption will help a lot.

Reduce traveling by car or air.

Don't buy anything new.  Don't eat process food.

Live in a very small house to reduce heating and cooling cost.

Recycle when you can.

Educate your friends and neighbors.

I think that's the best you can do.  I do most of the above.

I'm single.  :)

He's got a barking dog to protect him.  Good for him.

I have one and a half week left at Google.  I'm heading back to MN at the end of June.

This Sat I will be meeting some old college friends from 20 years ago.  They have moved to the Bay area.

If you are interested in meeting, let me know.

Sometimes ghosting in a loving relationship is simply a sign that one person is unsure what they should do.  It's some form of procrastinatio n.  They both may love each other but there's a problem that is preventing one or both to move further.  Instead of facing the problem, one or both withdraws. They stop texting and talking.

This is a diplomacy problem.

Think of the clan as a country.  The nyab's clan is Canada and the guy's clan is the US.  The nyab's clan insulted the the guy's clan and so the the guy's clan wants nothing to do with him and his wife.  The wife has too much pride and her clan doesn't respect the guy's clan.  The guy got no backbone and so the clan disown him.

I'm stuck in Bay area until the end of June.  I'm here at Google for a month.  I would like to meet other Hmong in the bay area.  I don't have a car.

You should break up with your current partner.  Then wait a while before dating again.

I think you need at least $30/hour to be able to live OK life.  $50/hour if you want a comfortable life.

The problem isn't that wealthy people are oppressing the poor. Never before has there been so many opportunities for people to become wealthy. The only thing standing in anybody's way is STIFF COMPETITION.

Take for example EDUCATION. The more available it is and the more people have access to it, the stakes get raised. A bachelor degree is nothing in today's modern world.

Many people will get left behind when technology and opportunities are abundant. It is the unintended consequences of freedom.

Nonetheless, I disagree with the Leftist narrative that we're all starving poor. The Left has a very distorted picture of poverty since they typically gauge everything through materialistic lens. Just because a person is not living in a mini-mansion and eating out twice a week does not make them poor.

The Left are those who claim that money isn't important yet they are overly preoccupied with it. ROFL! And not only that but they always want to steal it from the affluent.  :idiot2:

Life is a lottery.   If you happen to won the sperm lottery and was born to a rich parents, you might not even have to work.

If you happen to be born with disability to a single mom in the hood, your chance of living to be 18 is small.

I wish life was fair.  You just have to deal with the card life handed to you.  But we can always help a little.

If you break it down to unit pay, some public school teachers are getting paid around $80-90 dollars per hour. Now if we multiply that hourly wage by a typical 40 hour work week and over 200 plus work days a year like in many other fields, some teachers are making around $150k plus...a year in annual salary.

I don't know that teachers make that much.  Many of the teachers you see on strike actually working additional jobs to support their family.
