General Discussion / Equifax Credit Bureau Settlement Eligibility
« on: July 25, 2019, 09:44:16 AM »
As you all may know Equifax Credit Bureau was breached exposing millions of people's personal info.  Unfortunately, I was a victim of this breach.  I am almost 99.99% sure most of you were too unknowingly.  Here is a link to Equifax's website to determine if you are eligible for a $125.00 "settlement".  If you are affected and had spent time, money securing your identity, they will reimbursed you for that too.

They will ask for your last name and last 6 digit of your SSN:

Cargo ship owned by JPMorgan Chase seized by US with 20 tons of cocaine

https://www.yahoo.com/news/cargo-ship-owned-jpmorgan-chase-200358017.html

Sure makes El Chapo look amateurish.  This is how those in power in this country does it.  They do it by the tons and used commercial planes, trains and ships.  Half of the crews were detained.  The real culprits will not be found as hush money has already been paid to certain people in authority.  And what I find most amusing is this story has already been swept under the carpet two days after it came out.  Most of you will not read or hear this story because again, swept under the rugs already.  I often wondered how so much cocaines and drugs in general get into this country as Mexican mules aren't able to carry tons of drugs.  I suspected those in power are behind this sort of thing.  This event validates my suspicion.

General Discussion / Middle East crisis (Israel)
« on: May 15, 2018, 10:33:19 AM »
I guess I am the only one in here that reads about what's happening in the Middle East right now.  As I do not see anyone else bringing up this issue to talk about.  Maybe because we are so far detached from the rest of the world, we have no concern about that part of the world.  And then we wonder why the gas prices are steadily going up.  Anyways, my point is this: why are the world's three most popular religions always at war?  Some of you may argue that most religions are made up anyways (fake), I get that, but that's besides the point.  Do people need religion to shape their behavior?  Today, we are at the apex of human development, technologicall y, scientifically but yet we cannot solve basic human problems (disagreements).  Take a look at the world today and almost every country has their problems.  Why is that?  Are we doom to destroy each other?  Is killing part of our DNA?  Doctors, lawyers, professional sports figures, man/woman of the cloth all behaving badly.  What is wrong with humanity?

Bought a new toy two weeks ago to take on vacation to Maui, Hawaii.  This is a Mavic Air drone.  Very small with 4K camera for video.  Also takes awesome pictures as well.  Here's a short clip from Saturday afternoon.

Some of us OG's want to know the original cause of the Vietnam war as most of our fathers fought in that war.  Ken Burns has a new documentary to showcase what actually was the root cause of this war.  The 1st part of the series was shown this past Sunday.

General Discussion / DACA:
« on: September 05, 2017, 06:42:37 PM »
What are your thoughts on this issue?  My personal thought is that it spits in the face of those waiting to come here legally.   It also attracts more illegal immigrants.   We have immigration laws in place, these people are breaking the law.  I'm a die hard Democrat but I can't support this DACA program.  It reward kids who come here illegally through no fault of their own.
