Movies / Re: American Classic Movies anyone?

Did you ever come across Anna May Wong movies? She was mostly in silent pictures but by the time she was born in 1905 she was already third-generation Chinese American --this, for some reason, really put into perspective the struggle for Asian representation then and now in the media. A little fun note: she was a true international star doing movies in France, Germany, and the USA speaking each of the respective languages fluently. Not something you can say a lot about celebrities these days. Anyway... someone took the liberty to upload movies of her on youtube..

Show me when you get them done. I'd love to see what you shot! And I apologize beforehand if the ones I took turned out bad.  :-[
You don't even have to ask. You know I usually just force it on you  :D   btw, how's our little sakura tree?

Usually other non Asian girls will come up and flirt. Do you ever make the first move?
Are you collecting data? I don't think it's a Hmong girl issue... it's a personality issue.

a hmong girl asked me if she could borrow one of my cigarettes, i gave her one, lit it up and she smoked in silence next to me until it burnt out.
So she bummed a smoke (that you gave freely) and you wanted something in returned? Why?

one time at the club, another ask me if i can take her home, she played pretend that she was drunk and her friends abandoned nope, i see your hot ladies friends that came with you, over thur!

and what gets me the most is when they ask me to go out for lunch and/or dinner...damn, women!  this ain't no free lunch, okay!?
Hmmm.. maybe not go to the club. Or get out more.

so she told me the other day, she's not really the dating type but relationship type..i said yeah me too...
What does that mean? I thought you had to date to figure out compatibility before you can get to the relationship stage? Maybe my definition is too fluid? Eh... the permanence of things.

Your bokeh is always so pretty. And you got your photos developed quick! I'm sitting on a few to be done (adding some more trips later this summer) then sending in my entire batch before I leave. Maybe I'll get a couple of good ones.

I think once in a blue moon a major chain theatre will show a class picture-- I was able to watch Casablanca at an amc once. I'm a Bogart fan, will forever be a Bogart fan, so I'm bias when I said "he's so classic". I also prefer To Have And Have Not (can you believe Bacall was only 19 when she was in that picture?!) over Casablanca any day... and twice on Sundays. The chemistry between Bogart and Bacall was phenomenal. Also, anything Charlie Chaplin and the Marx brothers.

I know you asked for American classics but can I also suggest, along with anything by Yasujiro Ozu --

Have you tried youtubing it?  and then if it's there just convert to mp3.

But then, you wouldn't be supporting the artist...  :S
Thanks. That was my final solution.

I don't have facebook.

I'm looking to get to know girls who are in the same boat as me. Message me, and let get to know each other.
I don't know how old you are, but you'll be fine and do great things. It's a big world out there.

His makeup was on point, he could give pointers to most Hmong girls that attended.
I believe that. Now, everyone wants to be instafamous with the drag look..
