Online Journal / Re: Fighting For My Life
« on: August 01, 2020, 07:41:51 AM »
Why is it that it never fails me on the level of disrespect that people have.?

So often, when I think about how hurt someone is and how much love and healing they need.  Just then on the very next moment, they're insulting someone with such convictions as if the target of attack was somehow at fault.  What then if I suddenly become their next target by simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time?

There is a partial reason why I am introverted dominant and that makes up a huge part of my personality.  In actuality my personality is enforced upon me, by my experiences through interactions of others.  In suspecting someone of being pretentious, it is not that they're hiding something but it's that they're trying to make an influential impression upon those around them.  Like any pecking order, it makes an establishment where, one gets their daily ego and reassures themselves in their place in society.

What I wonder and ponder most over is...Why the need to insult or disrespect others?  Basically why pick fights with other people?

They say.  If you can love the wrong person that much, imagine how much you can love the right person.

It's only an imagination for those that have not experience love in it's purest form.  It's a reality for those who knows love from it's purest form.  For love, doesn't know right from wrong.  Loving you was never wrong.  It just wasn't enough from when it sprout forth.  The only thing wrong was it was neglected and left to wither away.  The only right thing to do about love is nurturing it.  It's not an imagination, it is a real heartfelt thing.  It's just from someone who is with kindness and compassion.

It is easily mistaken to believe that time can heal.
The hands of time itself is not able to collect the pieces of a broken heart no matter how much time passes. It requires the growth of love and the cradle of compassion, whose arms caresses and mends. Wisdom is understanding and accepting the work of the latter which rides on time.

Hmong Sports / Re: Bodybuilding
« on: July 20, 2020, 05:59:52 AM »
Every body is different in some respect yet nutrition and basics of body building muscles follows two things in respect.  You have to think about muscles in terms of the two major types of muscles.  One is the fast twitch muscles and the other one is the slow twitch muscles.  Body building for size should be one of focus on the slow twitch muscles for bulk.  Still one should also work on fast twitch muscles because those the the ones that supplements when the slow twitch muscles are tired or under strain.

Anyways to get a body build that will actually sustain and last, it is about a 5 year plan.  In short term, you will probably see the fastest muscle response in the first month of body building.  You should see a plateau effect in about two to three months.  It will then be a slow growth about 4 to 5 months and another plateau effect at about the 6th month of a training regiment.  There is a cycle of growth response and plateau effect.  If it's a training regiment of continuous growth.

If you heard of the term, dirty bulking and don't ever follow that path, you should be able to maintain good body growth without getting fat.

Wisdom comes from making mistakes and learning from it to not repeat it. Foolishness comes from making mistakes and learning from it, yet repeating it. It's a wonder, one cannot be wise all the time, nor foolish all the time either. That's what makes one unique as a person.

Know the difference between a discussion and a debate, understand the difference between wisdom and foolishness, the concept of being open minded and just opinions, and most of all conflicts and resolutions.

Shout Outs & Dedications / Re: Drunk on LOve...

Dear soulmate...Dea r

You need to yank on my soul chain a little bit harder.
Bang on my soul gong with the soul hammer a bit louder.
I am among just one wondering soul life
Bleed me more with the back of the soul knife
Speak to me, in my lucid soul dream
Feel me in my soul of misty steam

...or just stop being so scaredy cat, chicken out, cold feet
...or just stop being so timeless, wishless, off beat
A soul is always connected so they say
Alas afar away when will come that day
I am here, waiting or wandering, praying or wishing
When you get here, open arms, smiling and receiving

Dare soulmate...Dar e.

Another reiteration...

Your flaws are what makes you astonishing. Your goofiness is what makes you so lovable. Your weaknesses are what makes you adorable. Your frailty is what makes you so precious.

Makes me want to love you, protect you, comfort you. After all there is only one of you, so only you.

There is only one of me and only me. My concerns, my treasures, my shortcomings, my resolve in life makes me want to share, to show, to discover, to grow with you in this moment and whatever time we have to live with.

Then, I saw the beauty of all things
I heard the sweet angelic words sings
The breeze of freshness that brings
The best of a person in my findings

Life is cruel and it is
Harsh is reality and it gives
No quarter to those who dare
To live, with nothing to spare

Then, I saw the reflection of all things
I heard the reverberation of music brings
The peace of night, a calm relaxing
The best of mornings, a warm light shining
