no... iOS and Android are good choices to get. only thing with Android is be careful which devices you get. the Galaxy S phones, Droid Incredible, Nexus One, G2, and the upcoming MyTouch HD are great Android phones. they perform very well with their CPU, GPU, and high def screens. i always get advice from my Android friend and he's had the Nexus One since it came out and we been waiting on a great Android Phone to come out. he went for the G2 and i'm gonna wait for the MyTouch HD with it's 1 GHz duo-core processor. and i still gotta get the iPhone 4 lol. with these newer phones i just don't want to wait for the Root and Jailbreak cuz stock phones arent the same lol.

by the way which Android phone did u get?

Rooting your Android phone is the process of modifying the operating system on your device to grant you complete control over it.You have access to alter any system files, use themes, change boot images, delete annoying stock apps. You can overclock your processor or turn your phone into mobile hotspot or flash custom ROMs on your phone. With rooting its easier on some phones than others. With rooting you also take the chance of bricking your device if something goes wrong. But that doesn't happen too often.
