Actually 7 of the top 10 are from traditional Democrat control.

Also noticed that majority of these are "northern" states. Remember the old saying that the South was racist... I've lived in the North and South, and I can attest that the North is more racist than the South.

I also notice that Hmong people living in liberal states like MN, WI and CA also experience a higher rate of discrimination than those living in conservative states/cities.

 

For example, that recent incident with Elk Grove mayor Steve Ly.

 

Plus, YAX is always complaining about racism and he lives in CA.
