san jose used to or is still there, a shop on santa clara street and 7th near sjsu that I frequent as a college student.  They make this type of dry noodle dish here.   Secret ingredient. 





and gotta have your sesame rice cracker as a side garnish



As a viet, I don't order pho.   I go for authentic dishes like these.
