Trump is the big winner because in the bill, it says he now has the power to extend the terms of Top military leaders so whoever is loyal to him will get to keep their jobs.  Just waiting on the day he uses the military to stage a coup and turn this country in to a Dictatorship.  The Judges will call it constitutional since they're his cronies, the DOJ will arrest anyone who opposes as soon as they can get their bill passed which says they can detain anyone for as long as they like without a trial.

Sounds like it's out of a fictional story, but it's really happening.  No one's paying any attention to these things because they're too busy taking care of themselves.
