Buffet loophole 

Go at 3pm, pay lunch prices but stay for dinner too

Missing buffet already.  Last buffet for me was the pandamic buffet where they got server scooping your food for you.  When that happens, to me, that is no longer a buffet but a banquet party.  Makes you feel cheated if you go back like 10x and dude giving you the stinky eye as to why you kept on going back to the oyster and shrimp bar.
