I actually know people who are afraid to get the vaccine.

Wow. I mean, just wow.  I do not know anyone who’s died from the vaccine but I do know several people who have died from Covid yet some people are still more afraid of the vaccine than the virus itself.

I think people were like that when the first flu shots were made.

They are still at the first stage of the pandemic still and that it is illogical to think that they are healthy enough to not die from the disease. 

Before the vaccine, that was what we so called healthy people were thinking.  If we catch it, we can still live.  Only those elder and with underlying conditions are dying from it.   However, stats don't lie.  Just fresh in the news.  A healthy 10 years old girl just died from it.

How can you even play russian roulette with such uncertainty, especially that the disease is air borne and invisible to the naked eye?

Also in the news, some folks are getting the jab because the world is requiring it now.  Need it to fly or need it to go to events or eat at restaurant or just a pass to be outdoors with the crowds to get a sense of normalcy again.   Whatever the case, thank you for taking the jab.  I still dodge people who are mask less at walmart.  I see you coming, I'm going the other way.

One of my family member is afraid to get vaccine and they live in mostly Republicans stronghold, believe in the misinformation .

We had to bury some hmong people during covid
The funeral director will not allow us to cook
Takes out only
Small inter family members only

No butchering or animal sacrifice
Nothing
I hope the dead don’t come haunting us for food later on

People still believe Bill Gates is putting microchips in the vaccine too. Wtf!  I think a lot of these Hmong OG’s are getting their false news from Those conservative  Hmong news channels.
