I was wondering why is there a giant Michigan banner in the heart of Miami

Then it dawned on me, Michigan is one of the Final Four teams that was selected to play in the college football playoff. They haven't been in that level in years so it caught me off guard a bit. Plus, I don't really follow college football as much as the NFL  ;D:
