FUNNY SHAMAN STORY: growing up poor…. Read if you bored

We have a big family with lots of kids
During the new year when we hlu plig
My dad would rip off a piece of the chicken leg with the tigh and everything
Kinda like in those old hmong movie you see

To me thats like the most delicious part of the chicken
We are already poor and struggling to eat
I don’t even have enough protein to eat
Im always fighting over the chicken head with my sister and brother
So i can eat and suck on the chicken brain

LOL THATS HOW POOR WE ARE

Anyway

He would take that along with some rice and beer
And call his ancestors to eat with us
Later in the evening he just toss those good food in the trash

 

DAMN

I was really mad when my dad would do that
Cuz we kids don’t gave enough protein to eat already 

It took me almost 30+ years and still learning
I finally figure out why my dad did its
ITS LOVE FOR HIS FAMILIES AND THOSE WHO HAS PASS

I drink one for me
And one for the others

I HAVE BECOME MY DAD
