In a new survey, 80% of drivers rate their OWN driving as "very good" or "excellent." But only 14% of people would give the same grade to other passenger cars, and only 25% would say the same about commercial vehicles. One of the biggest problems seems to be distracted drivers.

Practice these 5 things and you'll be a better driver:

1. Look far ahead of your direction.
2. Be wary of the whole surrounding around you.
3. Keep looking around and always remember No. 1 above.
4. Have a wide space between you and other vehicles, like try not to clutter up with them.
5. Use your signals and horn to make sure others see you, too.
