I stopped respecting healthcare workers and the medical profession years ago. They don't know any more than the average joe. I'll see them when I have a broken bone or cancer. Until then, all scams.

Your RN wife - if she exists - should know how much of a scam medicine practice has become. It has become nothing more than drug pushers for the pharmaceutical companies. Doctors - if you even get to see one, usually an RN only or a PA - aren't interested in treating or even letting patients know the cause of their ailments. It's all about "you feel pain in you ear, eh? Well let me prescribe you [insert drug]."

And all this after they check you out for a total of 3 minutes, though you've been in the waiting room for 45 minutes.
