A non-citizen was registered to vote with non-party affiliation. He claimed he never registered to vote and says he's not even an American. He's been living in the US since the 90s with a work visa. He was surprised when he received a registered voter card in the mail after renewing his DL with the DMV.

So, the DMV in Arizona automatically registered people to vote base on their DL without checking anything? How insane is that...
