saw a hmong vendor at the july 4th charging $35 for two pieces of meat
didn’t get a good look
but its probably just chicken, pork or sausage of your choice

They should have laid out the juicy looking roasted meat with
sticky rice and hot pepper sauce right in front so you wouldn't
pass without paying.

Instead, they flashed out the price upfront.

Vendor failed.

selling this dish around this entire park. It's the best!

You can see the blacks and whites on it. It's a mix
of genuine white and purple sticky rice grown and hand-
harvested in southern
Thailand. We've chosen not to just use food colors.
If this was color only, you would not see those
black seeds in it. They are actually purple but just
appear to be black on the photo.

Fresh aromatic taste of southern Thailand,
hand-picked by some of the  hottest young
Hmong women on those hills and rice paddies.

That's oveseas enough. The sacs have been shipped
across an ocean.

Again, all that treasure for only $40.00!

I also heard that they have a fenced out area for those who are buying an $8 beer.  Now to enter this arena, you gotta pay $5 cover charge.  Now that's diabolical.

I've been to the midwest and houses do have wooden fences.  You don't get out much from the basement other than P'ing in the snow lol.
