A N.H. State Supreme Court Justice remained in her position after being convicted of a misdemeanor.

New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi is staying on the bench after being convicted of a misdemeanor for attempting to influence a criminal case against her husband. She returned to her duties in October 2025 after a plea deal and after a special panel found her conduct did not warrant losing her law license or her position, though she is recused from cases involving her husband and cases where the Attorney General's office is a party.

She should be kicked out and banned from practicing law ever again after the conviction...
