Jackson Hole is a playground for billionaires — but visiting doesn’t have to cost a fortune
A stay at the Wyoming Inn put Grand Teton National Park, ski resorts, wildlife tours, and Jackson Town Square within easy reach.
Jackson Hole is the beating heart of the wealthiest county in the U.S., where residents include movie stars such as Harrison Ford and members of the Walton family, heirs to the Walmart fortune. It’s no wonder they’re drawn to the area - Jackson Hole is surrounded by the snowy peaks of the Teton and Gros Ventre mountain ranges, and the valley is home to wildlife such as bison, elk, moose, and gray wolves. All of this wealth has earned Jackson Hole a reputation as a glamorous getaway for the rich and famous. Still, on a recent trip, I discovered something that surprised me - it’s a surprisingly affordable vacation destination if you do some careful planning.[/quote]
