Before SpaceX IPO went public, there were already plenty of early investors and insiders including employees and such. I'm sure many want to sell their shares to make a quick profit NOW but they are subject to strict restrictions. SpaceX implemented a unique, phased lock-up policy rather than the standard 180-day freeze
