A woman trying to change the oil in her car ran into trouble before she could drain any of it. She tried loosening a bolt underneath the car with a ratchet and then a power tool, but neither attempt seemed to work. Normal torque range for oil drain plug bolt is around 15 FT LBS to 30 FT LBS so it should not be that difficult to remove....

Someone fukked up by over tightening it or that bolt has seized/frozen due to neglect...
