Lytton is the most convenient but I've avoided for years until now

And it's about as I expected it when it first open...now I've checked it out in person:

It's a Nevada style casino with table games and slot machines but not enough space and there's only one restaurant from what I saw..

This is the first California casino I've been to that is right off a major thorough fair (San Pablo Ave) in a decent size city. On one side it's Food Max and on the other, it's the casino. This area is known to be poorer one too so I actually saw more Black folks than Asians. Perhaps, that's the casino's strategy as it's harder for poorer folks to travel to gamble so make it very convenient and they tend to be more desperate too ...so trying really hard to hit the jackpot. And because the casino on San Pablo Avenue, it's usually packed due easy accessibility from all...

Not surprised it has grown this big from a tiny structure with no actual products to sell but yet people come to deposit their money into the house’s account unendingly.

Yeah, like a I said, first one I've seen in California that's in the middle of a city on a main thorough fair...so foot traffic should be very easy to come by..

Oh that place is memories for me.  I used to work as a traveling marketing guy and I stayed near there for 10 working days.   Got nothing to do so I would frequent that spot while I was there.  During my 10 days, I have done these:

1.  Played poker overnight and went straight to work the following day.
2.  Hit a grand on the wheel of fortune game that spins and hit the 1000 marker.  I made a mistake of pressing $1 play instead of my usual 1 cent play.
3.  Was tired with playing poker and was in a hurry to go home.  Went all in with a short stack while watching these 2 clowns battling it out.  Turn out that both were bluffing and didn't have any  hand at all.  I thought for sure that they got a hand as my hand was just a medium size hand which then was the winning hand.  I was in the middle so I muck my cards.  The last guy turned over nothing but his Ace high won the pot since I mucked.  After that incident, I quit playing poker from there.  I'm no good obviously and I broke the general rule to playing poker.  Never muck your hand unless you are for sure that you did lose otherwise, flip your cards over and let the dealer grade your cards for you.

4.  Saw an azn guy dressing in your typical chinese old fobby clothing with slippers.  He did not play a hand and just stood watch.  Then when he felt it, he reached for an envelope which was about 5 grand and went all in one shot.  That hand lost.  He was devastated and I felt bad for him.  Could of been his life savings.  Saw another kid in his early 20s with his band of gangs.  One other guy looks like a bodyguard and kept busting out the money to feed his addiction.  Talking about gang boss and young one at it.  You can tell they are pro at it when they are playing paigow tiles but uses their fingers to feel the cards instead.  Just like in the movies.

5.  These days, I stayed in the bay side and eat at another casino card room called lucky chance.  They have good flip food there opening what seems like 24 hours.  It is in south san fran, by seramonte.  A good place to detox cuz no body is going to kick you out for not being a player there.  Free to watch other people win or loses their azz off.  Old ladies we call mama and old guys we call papa.  It is a funny culture there.
