Harbor Freight already sent me a gift card with a value equal to what I paid for the jack stands per their telephone customer service. Basically, they said, how about if we send you a gift card worth the amount you paid and you can throw away the jack stands or do what ever you want with it...

Then a couple of weeks later, another Harbor Freight customer service rep emailed me informing me that I can take the jack stands to any of their stores for a refund.

I know SHAMELESS FRAUDs will have no problem taking the jack stands to a store for a refund even after they already received something for it per another department but NOT I because it's WRONG and I'm NOT a FRAUD!
