 ...Sure it'll be a small community instead of an actual country but at least it can be self-contained and perhaps even self-sustained and self-sufficient like the Hmong villages back in the day in Laos?..???:

Along with a group of 17 other Black families, Scott and Walters formed the Freedom Georgia Initiative, which purchased nearly 100 acres in Toomsboro, Ga., a town of a few hundred people, with the intention of developing a self-contained Black community.
